Founded in 2015 by Victoria Tan, Elsinya Models was born from a vision to redefine talent management in Southeast Asia. What started as a boutique agency with just five models has grown into Astana's most sought-after talent powerhouse.

Our name reflects our mission: to help every individual and brand reach their highest point. We believe that the right talent, placed in the right moment, creates magic that transcends ordinary marketing.
